Who this page is for
Agents outside Tampa Bay with clients moving here, lenders and relocation professionals, and builders' sales teams who want a buyer's agent who keeps everyone informed. If you refer a client to me, my job is to take care of them the way you would — and to make you look good for sending them.
How a referral works
- Introduce the client. Call, text or email with the client's name, contact information, timing and goals.
- Put it in writing. We sign a referral agreement through Signature Realty Associates before I start working with the client, so the terms are clear from day one.
- I contact the client quickly and start with a needs call: budget, timing, areas, schools, commute and whether new construction is on the table.
- You get updates at the milestones that matter — first tours, offer, contract, inspection, appraisal and closing — in whatever format you prefer.
- Closing. The referral is paid broker-to-broker at closing according to the signed agreement.
Where I'm most useful to your clients
- Out-of-state relocations, including live video tours and community comparisons before the client visits.
- New construction across Riverview, Wimauma, Wesley Chapel, Parrish and Apollo Beach — builder contracts, incentives, CDD disclosures and independent inspections.
- Military and VA buyers, including MacDill AFB PCS moves.
- Homes for Heroes clients — teachers, healthcare workers, law enforcement, firefighters and first responders.
- Sell-and-buy moves where both transactions need to be coordinated.
