Homes by WestBay and Lennar can both be good choices, but they often appeal to different buyer profiles. The right decision depends on how much customization you want, your budget, your preferred community and your expectations for included features.
WestBay may be attractive for buyers who want a more move-up feel, larger plans, curb appeal and a stronger design-selection experience. Lennar may appeal to buyers who prefer a simpler included-feature package, streamlined options and more predictable selections.
The lowest base price is not always the best value. Compare final purchase price after lot premium, structural options, design upgrades, incentives, closing costs and monthly HOA/CDD obligations.
Buyers who enjoy customizing may prefer a builder with more design flexibility. Buyers who want fewer decisions may prefer a more packaged approach. Neither is automatically better.
